Privacy Policy

This is short because there isn't much to say — the software's whole design point is that we don't see your data. This page covers the two things that actually pass through infrastructure we operate: this website, and payment processing.

What the software itself does with your data

Nothing passes through us. Once installed, the software runs entirely on your own computer or server, using:

• Your own Brightspace login, saved locally in a file only you have access to. It's sent only to your school's Brightspace, never to us.
• Your own Anthropic API key, so any AI usage is billed to and processed by your own account. We never see your coursework, drafts, or prompts.
• If you turn on the optional Notion or Google Drive sync, your own credentials for those services, connecting directly from your machine to Notion/Google — not through us.

We have no server in that path. We could not read your grades, drafts, or Brightspace account even if we wanted to.

What this website collects

When you visit this site or subscribe, we (via Stripe, our payment processor) collect:

• Your email address (for your receipt and account lookup)
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for basic operation and abuse prevention

We don't use analytics trackers, ad pixels, or sell any data to third parties. There's nothing to sell — we don't have a mailing list or marketing database beyond what Stripe needs to process your subscription.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you use the software's optional integrations, your data flows directly between your own machine and Anthropic, Google, or Notion under each of their own privacy policies — we're not a party to that.

Data retention

We retain your email and subscription status for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation for billing records. You can request deletion of your account record by emailing us.
